Emory Center for Pain Management: What We're About
The Emory Center for Pain Management is located in downtown Atlanta at Emory Crawford Long Hospital's medical office tower. This facility is equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art equipment in a pleasant, comfortable environment.
Our experienced staff offers patients the latest knowledge, treatments and therapies for the management of chronic pain.
We have six interventional pain specialists who are board certified experts in the field. These specialists collaborate with Emory neurosurgeons and spine specialists to provide an optimal diagnosis and treatment plan. Our staff also includes a pain research specialist who supervises clinical trials and studies in order to provide new treatment options and the latest innovations.
In addition to our pain specialists, we have a staff psychologist who specializes in providing methods of pain relief that do not involve medications or injections. The psychologist also provides pre-procedural and pre-surgical psychological assessments.
